This great apartment has gorgeous sea-views from the lounge and main bedroom which both open onto the balcony. Wake up in the morning and watch the ships and dolphins go past. This is the place to relax and unwind after a busy day sun-tanning and surfing.

The main bedroom en-suite has a shower and toilet and there is a guest bathroom with shower and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. The main bedroom and lounge open onto the balcony. An inverter is installed to power some basics during a power outage.

The unit is air-conditioned and has DSTV. The unit is serviced daily other than Sundays and Public Holidays. Open bay parking is behind a gate and there is security between 18.00hr and 06.00hr daily.

There is one garage parking bay. Garage’s are small car garages and will not a SUV or similar
