26 The Shades is a ground-floor self-catering apartment, located in the secure Shades complex in Umhlanga, set across the road from the walkway to the main beach. The Shades complex offers a communal swimming pool and braai area.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests, and comprises 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The first bedroom contains a double bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The second bathroom contains a bath. Each bedroom contains a ceiling fan.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a stove and oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave, and other small appliances. The lounge area contains a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels.
The lounge opens to a small patio with patio furniture and built-in braai facilities. Secure undercover parking is available.
